The Innovare team more specifically, Nicholas Haney is an experienced community welfare practitioner and service manager having led services in United States and Australia. For over 30 years, Nicholas has worked with children, youth and families providing counselling, mediation and early intervention family support.
His passion is for promoting self-determination and inclusion through communication, reflection and humour in and outside of client practice.
